I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduated with my master’s degree from Colorado State University in 2018. I began my career working in crisis and inpatient psychiatric services. My journey then called me to a residential substance use treatment program where I served as Lead Counselor followed by Residential Program Director. I realized I had a desire to re-engage in direct client care and returned to providing outpatient services for individuals and couples in 2023.

I truly value my work and believe strongly in individualized care. I understand that starting therapy can be both challenging and healing. My goal is to create a space where you can “just be you.”

I am a Colorado native who enjoys spending time outdoors. I appreciate each moment I get with my family, friends, and my rescue dog Dollie.
